A POOL FENCE IS DESIGNED TO KEEP YOUNG CHILDREN OUT OF THE POOL AREA UNLESS UNDER STRICT ADULT SUPERVISION.
Briefly you are required by law to install a pool fence around your pool and/or spa.
Due to the many different State and Council laws and different interpretations of the law, please refer to your Local Council and State Government to ensure you comply with all relevant requirements in regards to your swimming pool and its surrounds.
